Our New Spring Á La Carte Dinner Menu is now available in our Restaurant Eighteen96!

Our new Executive Chef, Gary Edwards, has prepared an amazing dinner menu for you to enjoy. Begin your dinner with one of our starters including a Lobster Salad, or Orange Cognac Salad. Then enjoy one of our delicious appetizers including Burrata with Sausage and Roasted Peppers, Tuna Poke Platter, or our Appetizer Sampler featuring U10 Day Boat Scallops, Garlic Tomato Escargot and Duck Confit. For your main course choose from Smoked Brisket, Stuffed Eggplant, 12oz Delmonico Steak or Prime Pork Jager Schnitzel. And, make sure to save room for dessert with your choice of Belgium Chocolate Pot de Crème, Vanilla Crème Brûlèe, Bananas Foster, or Cheesecake.

Our Bistro/Locker Room menu features favorites such as a Mini Pizza, Smokey Southwest Chipotle Burger, Double Stack Smash Burger, California Cheesesteeak, Eggplant Parmesan Submarine, or a Sweet Poutine Platter!
